Julie Gallant

Julie has been supporting clients on their health & wellness journey for 10+ years. Alongside Registered Massage Therapy, she has skillfully integrated CranioSacral Therapy into her practice.

Whether you find yourself on a healing journey, experiencing pain/injury, challenged with mental health or curious about the intelligence of body-mind networks, Julie has a diverse collection of techniques to welcome you with. The combination of her intuitive approach and practical techniques ensures personalized and effective treatments.

To encourage her community in active participation of the wellbeing of their body, mind and soul, Julie has, and occasionally still offers ball & foam rolling classes, yoga, meditation, workshops, and retreats.

Her philosophy on Health & Healing are in constant state of expansion as she harmonizes the perspectives of her western education and the traditional healing practices she’s been taught.

Outside of work, you can find Julie frolicking the forest, spending time with friends & family, and sitting in ceremony.
